We do NOT charge a full month rent like everyone else and our fees are ALWAYS less than everyone else's.- Tier 1 Service: We list and market your house for a small setup fee on high-impact sites and YOU do all of the tasks in the above list. This package is good if you live in the house and want to save a few bucks or if you already know how to do all the "business" tasks in the list above.
- Tier 2 Service: We list and market your house for a small setup fee on high-impact sites AND we find/screen tenants and complete all the paperwork to get them moved in for an additional move-in fee. All you do is collect the rents monthly by mail. This package is good if you've already moved out OR if you don't want to do all the "business" tasks.
- Full Property Management: We'll connect you with one of several very good companies that provide monthly management of your property, including:
- Collect rents for you
- Schedule handyman or yard maintenance calls
- Coordinate major repairs or other property emergencies
- Coordinate move-outs and cleaning for the next renter
- Setup electronic payment of rent
- Handle evictions for you
